Refund & Cancellation Policy for Savive Cosmetics

1. Order Cancellation:

2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

- - Allergic Reactions: If a customer experiences an allergic reaction to our products, Savive will issue a refund upon receiving evidence of the reaction in the form of photos and a description. This applies only to first-time purchases of the specific product.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers may be required to return the product(s) in question. Savive will provide instructions on the return process, and return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items will be covered by Savive.
6. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days upon approval of the return. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary based on the payment method.
7. Exclusions:
